Studio Policies

24-Hour Cancellation Policy

As a courtesy to the instructor, all sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment/class time. If cancellation is not received by the instructor 24 hours prior to schedule appointment/class then it will be considered a late cancellation. Late cancellations will result in the client being charged in full.

Payment

All sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable. Full payment is due at time of service.

Mastercard, Visa, American Express, check and cash payments are accepted.

Class packages expire 6 months from purchase date and are non-refundable, non-transferable.

Non-Slip Grip Socks Required for In-Studio Lessons

We have (toe-less) grip socks available for purchase in the studio for $20 or these can be purchased on your own.

Virtual Lessons

I understand that in registering for virtual classes, Synchronous Pilates will have a limited view of my body. I agree to practice safety and be aware of my surroundings when participating in an online class. I agree to refrain from performing any exercise or move I do not feel safe or comfortable doing during a virtual class session. I agree to solicit instructor feedback or ask questions about any exercise or move I feel I may be doing incorrectly. I agree to ask for modifications when I feel an exercise or move when possible.I assume any and all risks during Virtual Lessons with Synchronous Pilates.

General Policies

Sessions begin and end promptly as scheduled. Late arrivals are responsible for the full cost of their session.

All clients are required to fill out an intake waiver providing the instructor with relevant medical information. Clients are responsible for informing the instructor of any changes to their health or medical conditions. Synchronous Pilates reserves the right to request a doctor’s note of permission to exercise for pre and post natal, as well as post-rehabilitation clients.
