What is Pilates?
Originally developed by Joseph Pilates, Pilates is a method of exercise focused on building balanced strength for the whole body through specific movements in mat work and the spring loaded resistance from many of the Pilates apparatus. Performing these exercises and following Joseph Pilates’ principals of the method: precision, breath, flow, concentration, centering and control, individuals can improve range of motion, build a more joyful life and make a more pliable mind.
Studio Pilates Lessons
Utilizing a full studio of Pilates apparatus, lessons are tailored to the individual needs of each client. Private and duet lessons offered.
Group Mat Lessons
Learn the foundations of Pilates in a small group setting. Classes geared to all levels.
